Newton team now forming for Mother’s Day Walk For Peace

A Newton team is forming to walk in the 17th annual Mother’s Day Walk for Peace in Dorchester on May 12.  This year, a mother from Newtown, CT, who lost her son in the Newtown massacre will participate in the walk.  Also, Newton resident Josie Greene, who has joined the Walk for Peace several times, is hosting a brunch and discussion this Sunday, April 14 to raise awareness and answer questions about the Walk.  To attend the brunch or to learn more about the Walk for Peace and how you can join the Newton team, call Josie at 617-527-7468.
