Parent and Teen Lounge and LearnCalling all Parents and Teens! Lounge and Learn in the New Art Center’s Galleries and Studios! Join Guest Educator Randi Hopkins and New Art Center staff for an informal, fun afternoon of looking at contemporary art and creating art. Parents socialize and learn about the exhibition over wine; teens make art in the studios. Halfway through the groups switch (locations, not libations!). Wine for parents and snacks for teens included. $5.00 per participant or parent/ teen pair. All materials, snacks and beverages provided. Pre-register here or drop-in!

Since 1974, Debbie has been on half of the well known “Gerwick Puppets” touring throughout New England at schools, libraries, museums and events such as First Night Boston. She writes the scripts with partner Lenny Gerwick, and makes all the puppets. Come join us for this fun afternoon where fantasy meets art! Fun for the entire family.

Here’s your chance to network with other business owners, explore the gallery, meet some artists and sample authentic Greek cuisine Indalo Gallery and Studio is an interactive studio and an art gallery. The “studio side” offers classes as well as drop ins. People can create in many media – including silver clay, resin, web design, beading, drawing, painting and whatever else crosses our collective minds! The gallery side features jewelry and the works of local and regional artists which change, on average, every three months with new pieces being added regularly. This event will sell out, don’t wait to register.
