The Newton Nomadic Theater is kicking off a five week run of it’s new history course – The Revolutionists by Lauren Gunderson.
Four badass women lose their heads in this hilarious and poignant comedy set during the French Revolution. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll want to build a barricade!
We’ve assembled a great cast of Newton Nomadic regulars (Linda Goetz, Noni Lewis, Abigail Dickson) and a fabulous NNT newcomer (Lillian Gomes)
If you’ve never seen a Newton Nomadic production this would be a good one to start with. We regularly bring some of the best acting talent in the Boston area to all sorts of interesting non-theater performance places.
Runs Oct 11 – Nov 10 at a restaurant, an art center, a rug store, a barn, a living room, a pub .. and wherever the winds blow us next.
Just back from the dress rehearsal before tomorrow’s (Fri, Oct 11) opening performance at Bocca Bellas Bistro. We’ve got a good one with a fabulous cast – don’t miss it.
Better yet, book a table at Bocca Bella’s (617- 928-1200) for dinner before the 8 PM show on Fri or Sat. You won’t regret that either.
The final performance of the five week run of The Revolutionists is Sunday at 4 PM at Dunn Gaherins.
We’ve sold out all the performances for weeks now but we still have some tickets available for tomorrow’s closing afternoon show at Dunn Gaherins Pub at 4 PM. Doors open at 3 and there’ll be complimentary snacks and a cash bar.
Don’t miss it. Fabulous cast, wonderful script, heads will roll.
