Amazing story and neighborhood!
When I was canvassing the Islington peninsula in 2015 I remember telling my (now) wife that there was something special there. Everyone was a likely voter. Everyone was engaged. Everyone knew everyone else.
We looked at houses there two years later based on that impression. What a great neighborhood.
