This is classic Newton – we teach our children UOD in school but dont know how to practice what we preach.
As I have said in a previous blog post – You can bet that those in Waban that did not want this project to go forward will pool their money to buy the property- tear it down and make a park that they will name after Setti Warren who saved them from homeless living in their neighborhood.

L O L @ naming this proposed park in one of Newton’s most affluent villages after the Mayor who turned away building a place for homeless (even though we get federal funds from HUD for developing residential properties for just this reason).
