Marjorie Arons-Barron met her future mother-in-law when she was a political reporter for The Newton Times and Bea Barron was selling ads. Bea was a longtime community activist who had worked for Newton Fair Housing, marched with Dr. King when he was in Boston, helped start the Newton Arts Center and much much more.
