I am excited to be going to tonight’s opening night of Faith Healer with my wife and another couple. I have no idea what we are in for, but anything with Jerry Reilly’s hands and mind in it (e.g. the Upper Falls Greenway, Feast of the Falls, Museum of Bad Art) is not to be missed!
@Steve Siegel – Thanks Steve. You won’t be disappointed. I know that I’m not a disinterested observer but …. I just saw the entire performance for the first time last night and it absolutely blew me away. Both the writing and acting performances are going to take your breath away.
The opening weekend at Carriage House Violins was fantastic. Absolutely amazing performances all around to a full house both nights.
The universal reaction from everyone that I talked to on both nights was genuine awe at the quality and intensity of the acting from the entire cast – this is not the B team.
If you want to see a night of world class (really!) theater in your own home town and high wire acting performances that you won’t soon forget – book some tickets now for performances next weekend at Gregorian Rugs in Lower Falls or the following weekend at the First Baptist Church chapel in Newton Center.
Help make The Newton Nomadic Theater a permanent part of our town’s cultural life, you won’t be disappointed.
