Paul sent me and Ted a link to his blog after writing up his follow up. It made me think and I have to agree that, in this particular instance, it does no good laying blame on this situation. The person I would blame the most is Dave Tarozy (sp?) and I wouldn’t want to discourage him from thinking creatively.
I said it before and I will say it again, there are a number of elected and appointed officials–the Commissioner of DPW, the Mayor, The Board of Aldermen and the Traffic Council to name just a few–who share responsibility for the problems arising from the reconfiguration of the Cypress and Centre street intersection, and the resolution of the problem should be a shared responsibility as well.
