(and another road closed) It would be great to understand why drivers keep hitting them. Three times recently on Route 9, now one on Walnut Street in the middle of the Highlands.

It’s those damn tree magnets. When they catch those ne’er do wells that have been embedding those insanely strong magnets in our street trees I hope they don’t treat it as just “teenage hi-jinx.”
I went past one on Chestnut St two days ago and it nearly pulled me off the road – it’s no joke.
